This taster workshop is for those of you who would love to see some of the processes around the art of silversmithing and jewellery making. No experience is necessary.
Sterling Silver Stacking Rings Workshop – $175 - 3.5 hours
In this relaxed and informal workshop, you will get to make 3 sterling silver stacking rings which can then be stacked in different ways to create a variety of different looks! The workshop will cover ideas around design, ring sizing, texturing, and polishing!
In this class, you will be shown step-by-step how to make yourself 3 pretty sterling silver stacking rings to take home with you!
Learning lots of jewellery-making skills along the way.
Due to my studio size I do need to keep the class size limited in size to a maximum of two people. I will also run the class for individuals, so you don’t have to fill all the places to book into the experience.
What I’ll provide

Tools, max 7g of silver (Additional silver is available to purchase if time allows for you to make more rings!)

Guests ages 16 and up can attend.
Notes
No previous experience is required.
Wear something comfortable. Please wear flat-covered shoes. The Workshop works with fine details, please bring your glasses as contacts can be a safety hazard.
There is plenty of street parking nearby.
Bring a camera if you would like to document your project.
Where we’ll be
The class is held in my lovely studio in Mt Eden in Auckland. You will have your own workspace and all materials and tools are provided. Times vary for each class, and please be aware that finishing times are an estimate and classes may finish slightly earlier or slightly later than the time given.
