Dispatch & Manufacturing

In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days from my Mt Eden studio in Auckland.

Made-to-order pieces: Sent upon completion within the lead time advised when the order is placed.

New Zealand Shipping

Tracked shipping within Aotearoa New Zealand is:

$10 – standard delivery
$15 – rural delivery
Free shipping on orders of $195 or more

Orders are sent via NZ Post with tracking. Delivery is generally within 1–3 working days after dispatch, with a little extra time needed for rural addresses.

Studio pickup in Mt Eden may be available by prior arrangement. Please get in touch before placing your order.

International Shipping

I currently ship to Australia, the USA and Canada.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Orders are sent from New Zealand via NZ Post using tracked, signature-required delivery. International delivery will generally take less than 10 working days after dispatch, although customs processing and local postal or courier delays can sometimes add extra time.

Free shipping on orders of $195 or more applies to New Zealand delivery only.

Customs Fees & Taxes

Any customs fees, tariffs, duties or taxes charged on international orders are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation.

I will do everything I can to assist you if you need to make an insurance claim.

HerbertandWilks Jewellery cannot accept liability or provide replacement or compensation where:

  • an item is seized by Customs or another government agency;
  • an item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists;
  • loss or damage results from circumstances beyond reasonable control;
  • loss or damage occurs after delivery; or
  • an item was authorised to be sent without tracking.

Tracking & Support

  • Tracking info is emailed as soon as your parcel dispatches.
  • Contact sally.h@herbertandwilks.co.nz within 14 days for lost/damaged parcels or prior to ordering for urgent requests.
