About the Strata Collection
Born from textured wax and the marks of making, the Strata Collection captures how surface becomes story. Each piece combines sculpted silver and warm bronze tones, occasionally accented with lab-grown diamonds, topaz, or pearls. The result is jewellery that feels tactile, expressive, and deeply wearable — a balance of raw form and refined craft.

HerbertandWilks is the studio of Sally Herbert, a New Zealand contemporary designer and jewellery maker based in Mt Eden, Auckland.
From her workshop beneath Maungawhau / Mt Eden, Sally creates handcrafted pieces that celebrate texture, form, and the quiet marks of making. Each design blends traditional techniques with a modern, sculptural sensibility — jewellery that feels personal, wearable, and deeply connected to its maker.
