You send us your sand. Or, if you don’t have any on hand, we can talk about the type of place that matters to you—its texture, its colour, its feeling—and we’ll find a match. We mix it into the mould, create the shape, and cast the molten metal directly into it.

And here’s the beautiful part: that mould can only be used once. Once we cast your design, the sand breaks away. The texture, the detail, the imprint—it can never be repeated. Your piece is the only one that will ever exist.

A Story We’ll Never Forget

A while back, someone came to us with an idea for an engagement ring. He and his partner were both surfers. No diamonds. No sparkle. Just something that felt like the ocean. The real ocean—not the polished one in magazines.

He brought us sand from the beach where they had their first date.

Together, we created a 14ct yellow gold ring, cast directly into that sand. It came out wild and coral-like—organic and alive. The surface had tiny pores and natural pits, like driftwood or reef. It looked like it had already lived a life. And that’s exactly what he wanted.

She said yes, by the way.
