Handcrafted sterling silver (925) drop earrings featuring a cascading trail of organic circles, 58mm long, on a stud post fitting. Each circle is wax-built and cast, then cut and assembled into a kinetic trail that sways and moves as you wear them — lightweight despite their length. The circles vary in size, with some appearing as solid discs and others as open outlines, creating a layered, rhythmic pattern. The wax process gives each circle a softly irregular form, so no two pairs are identical. Made to order in our Mt Eden studio, Auckland. Not a limited edition.

Style & Inspiration
The organic circle is at the heart of HerbertandWilks — it forms the studio’s logo, created by shaping a circle from wire, soldering it closed, and hammering it flat to create that characteristic softly irregular form. These Trail Earrings sit alongside the Organic Circle Hoop Earrings as the two iconic expressions of that motif, each interpreting the same form in a different way.
As part of the Organic Tales collection, each pair is hand-cast and finished in our Mt Eden studio. The surface texture varies subtly from pair to pair — small maker’s marks that ensure, like the nature that inspired them, no two are ever quite the same. A thoughtful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or a personal milestone.
