18ct Gold Plate: Avoid water, perfumes, and lotions to preserve the gold layer. Gold Plate Care Guide →

Botanical 🖤 Nature distilled in precious metals, textured, tactile, and alive
If you love flower jewellery with plenty of character but prefer a slimmer band, the Waiatarua Narrow Ring gives you a little less ring on the hand without losing the sculptural flower.
A 15mm irregular silver flower sits on a narrow textured band, with a 3mm dark blue cabochon sapphire cast into its centre. The sapphire has natural variation through the blue, with subtle shifts of colour appearing as it catches the light.
Small irregular beads of silver gather around the sapphire as part of the setting, while the textured petals keep the flower deliberately imperfect rather than neat or overly pretty.
At 5.7g, the Narrow Waiatarua still has substance, but the slimmer band puts more emphasis on the flower and its dark sapphire centre. It works beautifully worn on its own and is an easier choice if you prefer less weight across the finger than the Wide version.
Why Waiatarua?
The ring takes its name from Waiatarua Road in Remuera and the area's historic association with Lake Waiatarua. One recorded interpretation of Waiatarua is waters of double reflection, which seemed particularly fitting for the dark blue sapphire held within the centre of the flower.
